FOLKESTONE, England – With autographs starting at £5, to multisigned books worth well over £5,000, Chaucer Auctions offers a diverse selection of memorabilia. On Wednesday, Oct. 9, Chaucer Auctions will conduct a live memorabilia auction with over 600 lots from a wide range of diverse collectibles.

LiveAuctioneers.com will provide Internet live bidding.

Entertainment autographs, first day covers, prints, books and vintage wartime signatures will be featured in the auction, which will begin at 10:30 a.m. Pacific, 6:30 p.m. GMT.

Collectors of World War II autographs and artifacts should be aware of Lot 38. This is the famous book Men of the Battle of Britain. Many collectors own the book as a reference tool, however, this volume is unique as it bears the genuine autographs of 250 Battle of Britain veterans and aces. All the signatures were obtained at reunions, and this book is unique and irreplaceable.

On the subject of World War II autographs, Chaucer Auctions also has a selection of the scarce Hoffman signed photocards. These were wartime produced photos of different Luftwaffe pilots. A few exist signed, and because many of the subjects didn’t survive the war, one can appreciate how scarce they are.

A number of items will be of great interest to collections of entertainment autographs, including a Paul McCartney and George Martin signed canvas, and an Al Pacino signed large photo is perfect for a Godfather or Scarface fan. Sports autograph collectors will be interested in the range of memorabilia from signed photographs, trading cards, autographs hats and balls, and even a full-size signed dartboard.

Chaucer Auctions has been supplying customers the world over with autographs and memorabilia for nearly 10 years, and all of the items come with the auctioneer’s unique certificate of authenticity, backed up by membership of AFTAL, the Autograph Fair Trade Association Ltd.

View the fully illustrated catalog and register to bid absentee or live via the Internet as the sale is taking place by logging on to www.LiveAuctioneers.com.
