Giant birthday card to be unveiled for Bruce Springsteen’s 70th

PARAMUS, N.J. – A 31-foot high birthday card in honor of Bruce Springsteen’s 70th birthday will be unveiled today, Sept. 20, at 11 a.m. at the Paramus Park Mall, 700 Paramus Park, at the official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of Stew Leonard’s first grocery store in New Jersey.

The card will be the nation’s largest birthday card with signatures. Members of the Bruce Springsteen fan club will attend the ceremony and Stew Leonard’s bakery is making a huge guitar-shaped birthday cake.

Over 1 million fans and customers are expected to sign the card, which will be presented to Springsteen by the New Jersey Hall of Fame this month. The Boss turns 70 on Monday, Sept. 23.
