PORTLAND, Ore. – Antiques and collectibles show-promotion firm Christine Palmer & Associates has announced the passing of company owner Christine Palmer. Chris was diagnosed with cancer shortly after the 2017 July Antique Show. She died on August 31st, with her husband, Chuck, by her side.
“There are no words to describe what this loss means to her family, her staff, America’s Largest Antique & Collectible Shows, America’s Largest Christmas Bazaar, The Oregon Bluegrass Association and everyone who knew her,” said a company posting on Christine Palmer & Associates’ Facebook page.
Christine Palmer & Associates will continue to produce America’s Largest Antique & Collectible Shows and America’s Largest Christmas Bazaar. “Chris had a true passion for the show industry and although her shoes will never be filled, her legacy will live on through Chuck and her dedicated staff,” the posting said.
A celebration of life will be announced in the near future. In lieu of cards or flowers her family has asked that small donations be made to a favorite charity in Christine Palmer’s name.
