DALLAS – The world’s largest US-founded auction house, Heritage, will be moving to new headquarters this summer, however the location of the company’s new premises has not yet been disclosed.

Currently, Heritage operates from 87,000 square feet on four floors plus a portion of a fifth floor in Parkside Tower, a distinctive glass building with Heritage signage at 3500 Maple Avenue in Dallas’ Oak Lawn section. In addition, Heritage has an 18,000-square-foot warehouse and showroom in Dallas’ Design District, as well as a third Dallas location whose address is not publicly disclosed for safety reasons. With the move to the new property, all three locations will be consolidated at one location.

Heritage’s Director of Public Relations Eric Bradley said the company anticipates occupying more than 160,000 square feet at its new premises. He said the COVID-19 pandemic is not expected to hamper the move. According to LoopNet, Heritage’s current location is shown as being available by July.

Established in 1976, Heritage is the third-largest auction house in the world, conducting sales in 40 categories that range from rare coins to sports memorabilia and fine art. The firm holds numerous world-auction records.
