BOSTON – On Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at Skinner’s Boston gallery, British food historian Ivan Day will present a program titled Transparent Delights: The Extraordinary History of Molded Desserts in Georgian England.
Guests are invited to a reception at 6 p.m., with the lecture following at 7 p.m. The program is being presented in conjunction with a preview of Skinner’s Jan. 9 European Furniture & Decorative Arts auction, featuring a selection of fine ceramics.
