WASHINGTON (AP) —TV producer Aaron Spelling’s widow has settled a lawsuit against a Maryland auction house that sold part of her extensive antique doll collection.

Candy Spelling sued Annapolis-based Theriault’s in April, several months after offering nearly 400 of her dolls for sale at a Theriault’s auction in New York. The lawsuit, which was filed in California, claimed that the auction house didn’t live up to its contract because it didn’t give her a timely and complete account of the sold items and pay her for them.

A lawyer for Theriault’s confirmed Monday the lawsuit was dismissed June 15.

A spokeswoman for Spelling said in a statement that Spelling intends to sell the rest of her doll collection through a different auction house and “would not under any circumstances” use Theriault’s services.
