Horse Play exhibit at Derby Museum spins games, toys

The exhibit, called “Horse Play,” features nearly 60 historic equine toys, digital interactives and music created exclusively for the museum.
“Horse Play” uses artifacts, games, photographs and videos to capture the excitement of the Kentucky Derby through the use of toys.
The exhibit is created as a hands-on game experience.
The exhibit opens Monday and is included in general admission. The museum also has purchased a coin-operated, Kentucky Derby-themed carousel ride to become a permanent mainstay of the Louisville museum for the exhibit.
