Brewmaster to speak at Wisconsin Historical Museum

The brewing of beer dates to ancient times, possibly as early as the early Neolithic Period (circa 9500 BC). Beer brewed for commercial sale at the Rochefort Trappist Brewery, located at the Abbey of Our Lady of Saint-Remy, Wallonia, Belgium, has been the main source of income for the monastery since the 16th century.
