The starting price for the item was changed one week before the auction (to double what it was to start at originally,) It was still within my budget so that was fine. I won the item, payment was fine, but about a week and a half later I was told through a DM on your site to to contact the UPS store in California via email for a shipping quote-no response via email, so I called. Apparently they were overwhelmed by people calling them from this auction house to get shipping quotes for items that they didn't even have in their possession. They weren't even officially hired by the auction house yet. About a week after that I got another DM on your site that shipping would be $20 for a Jade pendant the size of 2 US quarters stacked end to end. I paid and still haven't seen the item yet or gotten any info about tracking the package. I answered the first question as neutral because I haven't seen the item.
