Fair Market Value Appraisals are used for estate, tax, and family division purposes. We prepare a thorough listing of all the property appraised. Each item is described and a value is determined . Appraisals usually take a week to ten days to prepare. If time is critical, an appraisal can be expedited within 3 days.
