Now you see it........
The process went easily, and all was handled professionally. My unhappiness comes from pictures that were not accurate. One item I purchased was dark green, and had a very noticeable white chip right on the lip. You see it the minute you look at the piece. When I looked back at the picture of it, the chip is now shown. The photo has a number of glares on it, and it looks like just another glare. Nothing is listed in the description. This is not a hidden chip, or an obscure chip. It is big and white, and can't be missed. Buyers bid online based on the honesty of the pictures and the descriptions. This large chip should have been shown in one of the pictures, or in the description.

Karen, Which lot is the chipped vase in? You purchased several lots from us and they were all in good condition, all scratches, chips, dings were noted. If your vase was chipped you should report that to the shipping company who shipped your items. If the chip was not pictured then the vase was not chipped while at the auction house. The listing was for woodblock prints. 3 of the 9 items were photocopy reproductions, not woodblock prints at all. Shameful the so called ‚ Ä ú experts ‚ Ä ù didn ‚ Ä ô t know that. Unfortunately, to save on shipping, I had the shippers remove the prints from the frames and ship only the prints. Otherwise I would have wanted a full refund. Bottom line, I won ‚ Ä ô t be bidding on anything from this auction house again. Very unprofessional.

had an issue where they put in a picture in my winning lot of a different lot and then got an email saying that they were in error. the shipping was through an outside vendor and probably way overpriced. the payment portal didn't work and had to email and then call in for paying over the phone

The image I received had a 4 "tear in the middle that could not be seen by photographs. Should have been disclosed in description. I will not purchase from this house again.
