I contacted the auction house because two of my online bids, placed roughly an hour before the auction began, were discounted in favor of an in-house bidder. When I saw the results of the two items that sold at my max bid amounts, I thought I won. Denise explained that in-house always takes precedent despite my bids having been entered first. Second, I never received an invoice and despite an emailed message and voicemail attempting to pay, never received any communication back. I had to contact the auction house a third time to pay by phone. I received my items a few days ago, and noticed immediately that one piece was missing its center piece (large dangling glass beads and metal cap pictured in the auction). I had opened the package very carefully on my table, so knew I hadn't missed it, but double checked the wrappings, the floor and even my trash to make sure. I immediately messaged the auction house via Live Auctioneers, but unsurprisingly, have not heard back. Disappointing is an understatement.

Item purchased was supposed to be Lladro figurine-only one photo that did not show the bottom with Lladro stamp. It was titled "Lladro" not lladro-like. Will not purchase from this auction house again.

Winning items showed up in a box with 2 pieces of crumpled up newspaper sent first class when shipping cost could have been enough for Priority. The items were fine, but the packaging was pathetic and I'll never use them again. I'll still with Potter and Potter.

I swear this auction house added photos of the poor condition of this item AFTER I received it! I just accepted it was my fault and ate it for a loss.

It have been more than a month and I still haven't received my items although I paid as soon as receiving the invoice. Auction house haven't responded to my last 3 messages. Still waiting on my items.

When I made a bid of $50 for a Lyndon Johnson Presidential Campaign button, I thought the $50 was the maximum and would only be used if the bidding got that high. A similar pin on EBay sold for $6. I assume I did not understand the bidding process, but I will not be buying anything else from this seller.
