I have been going to and bidding on-line at J. Garrett Auctioneers for a very long time. Their descriptions on-line and in their catalogs are always accurate and they always point out any obvious "flaws" with regard to an item. Their customer service has always been exceptional and their entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dallas is lucky to have J. Garrett Auctioneers.

I adore my purchase and found the entire process to be simple and efficient. This auction house curates beautiful items. Will definitely buy from them again.

It took many days to be approved to bid on the online auction and after several voicemail/email attempts to get a response I was finally approved. After the initial hiccup, everything else was seamless and well done. The site had numerous clear photos and gave accurate descriptions. Payment and pickup scheduling were easy and the people at the warehouse were great in helping bring the heavy item to my vehicle. I even received a call to make sure I was bringing a vehicle large enough to hold the table top. Overall pleased and will happily bid on this site again.

I buy from many auctions on a constant basis, and can say with some authority that Garret is one of the best. Bidders get top-rate help before and after auctions. And the auctions themselves are run with great professionalism and pacing. I never write auction reviews, but have been so pleased with purchases-and service-from Garrett that I wanted to be sure others realize how outstanding this operation is.

The app was easy to use when bidding, but I was not let into the auction on one of the days I wanted to bid even after reaching out to **********. Other than that, the live auction was fun to watch and the items were well cataloged.

We used Live Auctioneers to review auction items and to place our bids. Everything worked very smoothly. Good job by Garrett Auctioneers!

J. Garrett is a pleasure to do business with. I purchased my items and had them in 2 weeks time. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLACK RIVER AUCTION. I bought my items on Aug. 24th and today is Oct. 4th and my items have never shipped and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. Also Matheson Auction sold me a fake Cartier watch for 3200. dollars. They're con men.

This was my first item bought from this auction house. They were fantastic to deal with and i will continue to monitor their auctions. Highly recommended!
