These products are not really what I was expecting. The pendant is very small and the diamonds in the earring are microscopic. Hoping for better pics going forward

Properly packaged and NOT damaged in shipment. One of the stones was shattered and must have been that way when it was sent. Returned for refund.

I won a 5oz coin at auction, but was shipped a 1oz coin variation. After some finagling, the company ultimately shipped me what I won and I am relatively satisfied. I am disappointed I had to pay return shipping on the erroneously shipped product, as this was not my mistake. Company representatives excel at and provide timely responses and for that I am grateful. If not for the mishap and shipping stipulation, score would be higher. Despite the mishap, they handled things professionally and I am satisfied. Will most likely buy from again. Thank you 3K team,
