This is the second time I've bid with Kraft Auction Service and each time it's been easy, straightforward and quick. Shipping was promot but careful. Item exactly as described. Will likely bid again!

Kraft is one of the best auction services out there! Always pleasant to work with.

I bought old military shoulder pads that would easily fit into a medium size envelope with a little padding. After paying for these they wanted $25 to ship. I called them and asked that they just ship it first class in an envelope and I would be happy to pay for that. The woman said we are not going to ship it free. After several attempts to get the price down we got to $20 or I could send them a prepaid shipping label and they would charge for the envelope. Unfortunately the only way I knew to do this was online with USPS which only allows priority mail prepaid which cost $9. I sent that to the auction company, but they continued to send me invoices for shipping over and over again. Each time I sent a reply that I had sent them the prepaid label as agreed. The label was for a priority mail flat rate envelope. Finally several days later, I received and email that the package would be shipped soon. When I got it, it was in a box about 7 "x7'x7". Thankfully the post office accepted it with my priority flat rate envelope label. The hassle trying to get a $100 small item shipped is not acceptable. If I bought anything larger than my 4 inch by 5 inch flat shoulder board, I would hate to see what kind of jacked up shipping they would charge.

It's always good to know an antique toy train can arrive safely when shipped halfway across the country. They did very well. Roofs are probably repainted and they could have mentioned that. Otherwise no complaints.

After receiving guns I found the condition of most of the used ones to be VERY poorly represented. VERY disappionted in product received vs. product expected! Now unless items are new, I wouldn't trust this one any more!

Kraft is a top notch company, had a bit of an issue and John and Teresa handled it right away. I highly recommend these folks for selling our buying, trust trumps price all day long! They exemplify this standard.

Auctioneer, refused to work with me to resolve the issue with the lack of verbal description that was accurate. Photos, did not clearly show defects. Auctioneer is well versed and know what is incorrect. I bought two of the same type item and the one in question did not have a picture of the underside to show a piece that was torn off. the other truck was complete, and it had a photo to show it was there. This was deceptive. Auctioneer will not take a return. However, he wants me to pay shipping to them so they can resell and charge me a commission for doing so. I've never had an experience like this before.
