Shipping company damaged item
Millea Bros Ltd suggested DAKS Logistics for international shipping. The item was delivered damaged and the broken piece was completely missing in the box. When I contacted Millea Bros Ltd they worked with me to find a solution. The missing piece was found and was shipped separately, so the item can be fixed. This does not take away that the shipping company shipped a broken vintage item, which is one of a kind. In the end the shipping company will not reimburse for the damages of the item, and Millea Bros Ltd does not seem to be a party in this conflict/claim. This I think is weird, since they suggested the shipping company. In the end, the item can be fixed, but that does not take away that one does expect the item to arrive undamaged, and if damaged that e. g. insurance will cover the damages. Moreover, because I could not personally be at the auction nor pick-up the item, and therefor paid a company to do so in a professional manner.

Watch out for excessive shipping charges
Cost me $25 for a pair of cufflinks weighing less than 2 ounces. Contacted them about the charge (my fault, didn't ask before close of auction), and asked that it be shipped via USPS Priority. Told that would be more expensive. I've shipped many items, don't wet my leg and tell me its raining. Not so. Wouldn't use this auction house again. This was a $50 item. Really?

Please DO NOT TRUST This Action
I bought 2 painting from them for almost $3000, 00 I called them before action and I asked them about the quality of frames they said the frames are Iralian and in excellent condition, then I received the both paintings, the frames are damage and also extremely low quality it was not frame from Italy and it was so so bad, I called them and complained they started to scream on me and they said its not their fault if the frames are bad quality and damage, and they hangup-ed on me. Please Do NOT trust this action, unless you go there and see the items yourself, they have a good photographer and pictures looks all great and when you call they lie about the contrition, I lost all my money... shame on them

Millea Bros Provides Seamless Service
Great auction house, with some of my favorite auctions. Was extremely accommodating in the Covid-19 landscape, holding my lot for me until I was able to arrange pick up or shipping. They worked with the local UPS for shipping, so that I didn't have to do any additional coordination. UPS had my item, knew my lot number, and shipped my item for a fair price, with speedy delivery. Will certainly participate in their auctions again.

A three-part ceramic item arrived with one part missing.
My three-part ceramic item arrived with one part missing. Millea disclaimed responsibility and directed me to the shipper. I allowed the shipper plenty of time to search. They sent me a few emails and then went silent. I returned the item to the shipper in hope of collecting the insurance coverage, which may or may not eventually arrive.

A lack of communication
It took five weeks to get my items

We are very sorry the buyer is unhappy about his post-sale experience. We would have gladly helped to expedite his shipping if he had contacted us. The invoice we send to winning bidders explains how the buyer can arrange shipping. On 1/31, the day after the sale, we responded to the request from the buyer to pay his invoice by credit card and and facilitated payment. We then immediately sent a paid invoice copy on 1/31 for his purchases. As per the Conditions of Sale, the shipping policy outlined in our catalog, and our invoice, Millea Bros. does not pack and ship – the invoice explains how to arrange shipping. Since the buyer made no arrangements, his purchases remained at our gallery until the final pickup date on 2/18. The items were the sent to a third party shipper as per the invoice details. The reason the items took so long to ship was simply that the buyer never made arrangements. At no time did the buyer reach out to us to ask for assistance with shipping or expediting his delivery.
