Payment problems to start with and still have not received my product. contacted them numerous times with no response

Auction house never shipped the items despite repeated inquiries over several months.

Baker's auction company is a great company. Very helpful and super fast shipping. Highly recommended.

Ordered June 13. Today is October 15. No items. No response. Won't answer phone. Charged me, I disputed. Then they turned around and charged me again! That one is being disputed as well. Beware of this seller. They are either terribly disorganized, or scammers. Not sure which.

I purchased an item in July and it's now Oct and I haven't received it. I called the Auction House directly in August and was told it would be moved out soon. Never heard back. I contacted Live Auctioneers and they have emailed the auction house twice. At this point, I don't recommend buying from this business.

Unanswered emails still waiting for a receipt and a tracking number

Terrible service. Item was paid for early in August, 2021 after winning auction, but not received (We're in the same country so there shouldn't be a significant delay). Contacted seller several times by phone, email and through Live Auctions web site. No responce. Finally reached seller by phone September 2, 2021 and they said they'd look into shipping for item and call back, but never returned call with info. Called again on September 13, 2021 & left message. Never heard back from them. Will contact credit card to cancel transaction and reverse charges. BUYER BEWARE! Seller is a CHEAT!

Purchased items previously with this auction house with no problems however, in this instance, I purchased two items that were sold in previous auctions (same lot # and picture). My credit card was promptly charged the day after and I haven't received any communication from Bakers after numerous attempts by phone and email.

DO NOT BID HERE, TWO MONTHS AND INTERVENTION BY LIVE AUCTIONEERS AND THEY STILL DO NOT RESPOND.

I won an item and paid for it immediately in May. After a couple months, I called and was told we'll get it to you when we get around to it. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. IT'S NOW ALMOST SEPTEMBER AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.

I paid for my items and have contacted them about shipping them to me. They have not responded. I’ve left two voicemails and sent them messages

Not sure how a $10 dollar baseball card ends up being a $50 total with shipping. I suspect it is my fault for not double checking but when I called to pay they charged my card... only now a month and a half later is there another charge. First charge was 15 Canadian. Second charge was 55. There was no mention of a second charge coming. Shady keeps coming up in these reviews. It definitely is warranted.

I bid on 3 lots of items and won them on Aug. 22nd, 2020 and paid by phone with my debit card on Aug. 23rd, 2020 which was bill on my account Aug 24th, 2020. Sent numerous emails to seller fir months with not one response looking for my items. I finally got Live Auctioneers involved with this horrible experience in dealing with Bakers Antiques. They called and left word that my items were found in the warehouse saying they were lost as I gave them the wrong address which I call BS as it is the same address that is on my live auctioneers profile as well as the address I gave James over the phone when I gave my payment on Aug. 23rd, 2020. You know when I received my shipment? It shipped on July 29, 2021, almost a year later, and out of 3 boxed lots, which majority of items were broken & unidentifiable, the only recognizable items I bid on were about 8 items. Of the things things they sent me, which does NOT RESEMBLE anything I would have bid on they are trying to tell me these were my lots. Nothing was tagged with my lot numbers and I would have never, ever have bid in the ********** they sent me. There were some nice crystal bowls, candlewick platters & plates, serving trays, etc., which were in the pictures I should have received and didn’t. They also, blindly and without any communication or notice billed my debit card for $70 in shipping without any notice to me of the amount or without my approval. They said the correct items were shipped and to contact FED EX to put in a claim. Trust me when I say these sellers are crooked and I contacted my bank regarding the blind shipping charges and since my purchases were more than 6 months out there was nothing they could to reverse those charges. I do not recommend Bakers Antiques and just fair warning that they are not honest or fair to deal with. If I were in their shoes, I would be embarrassed of what ********** they substituted for the real purchases I made and for not ever communicating any of issues they were having. I say BS

Avoid this auction house. They take your money and never send your won item. In spite of a number of attempts to contact this auction house, they never responded. I won the item in March, and as of July I have not received my item.

Items won 7 weeks ago. Sent messages and left voicemail and never got a reply. Still haven't heard about tracking information. This is the second time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Not happening again.

Baker can't seem to keep track of the auction items. Lost one of mine.

Make sure to follow up by phoning and not email as i never had email responses. I did eventually get my items 4 weeks after i won and having had to call to find out when it would be shipped.

Apparently on the Live Auctions website I received a note saying I won an item but when I called Baker to pay for the item they said it was sold in house.

I had bought an item months ago. I got one call about the payment while I was on my mobile in the car. They charged my card and then I started calling and phoning to help arranges shipping which they claim they facilitate. Live Aucttioneers has been contacted 4 times by me and assure me they will solve it but I hear nothing.

Won two auctions in early May and did not receive either one... Each was $22 including shipping and I have nothing to show for it! Be careful bidding with this firm!!!

I accidentally bid on an item that I would never, ever bid on. if you leave the green button on, it is very easy to make an accidental bid if you are not careful. Mistakes happen. I sent them a message immediately. Crickets. I sent another message. Crickets. I sent a third. Crickets. I sent a fourth-all saying do not ship this, I do not want it, I made a mistake. What do they do? Ship it. I am ticked off. $80 for an open, ratty box of children's teenage mutant ninja turtle cards is insane-and that was their reserve!!! These people reserve price almost all, if not all, their sports cards at ridiculous prices. Junk cards starting at $5. I don't understand why business act this way. What excuse do you have for ignoring me? People, I do a lot of card collecting and these guys are overpriced and are not fairly pricing their stuff. Avoid. A lot of the cards sell for pretty high prices with a lot of the auctioneers, but not many have reserves like this group. Terrible.

This auction house followed up immediately with taking payment which was taken two weeks ago and we still have not received our product we’ve tried calling twice sense and messaging with absolutely no response back buyer beware

And I love the candy surprises in the package!

Shipping was terrible, communication was terrible … product??? … I hope they fix their issues it is not right when we are supporting a business during these terrible times and they give no service

Delays due to mailing process.

Got the sign, i knew it was a repo. Hell its so badly made any from a 100 feet would know. What there passing off a signs are really some of worst garbage i have ever seen. They make sure there well protected in the auction rules. I open box and placed in trash can, buyer beware!!!

Accurate pictures and Descriptions. Called and they handled payment easily and shipped very quick. I will do business with them again.
