The associates were very responsive and helpful.

I ended up asking the Seller to just cancel this after waiting six weeks for a single baseball card to be shipped. They called me the day after the auction ended, charged my credit card, and then nothing. I would avoid this auction house unless you are physically going there to pick up your items. Even if they end up saying they forgot or got busy, most of us don't have time to chase down people to perform simple tasks.

I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company and asked for them to locate it, they said they would look into it and call me back and never have. I would like a refund.

I have called, emailed the seller, sent contact messages via auction sight. Emailed bidder support twice called and talked to sellers father. I asked for tracking numbers to trace it. I have yet to hear anything from auction house. I know many items are delayed because of the weather, but no response at all is not acceptable I did notice that the item I bid on and paid for totally is up for auction again. I have receipts for both purchase and shipping. I know I may never receive my purchased item from Bakers Antiques and auction

My item was a birthday present that I won on the 1st of January was paid for on the 3rd of January. I I have not received my shipment and I cannot get anybody to respond to messages or emails. Only 3rd of January $137 was taken out of my account that was a total amount. And then on February 10 another $10 was taken out of my account not even sure what that was for. Again still don't have a product.

Take a picture of what you bid on... you might not receive what you bid on and you will have to pay postage again to return the junk you receive

Great items! I have had issues paying due to not getting an invoice, but if you can get ahold of a person at ********** they will take payment.

BUYER BEWARE!! The item was listed as “Vintage Style” but it is an appalling pixelated reproduction on a piece of masonite. Payment was a fiasco with emails arriving in the middle of the night, threats of storage fees and no invoice up front only after you have paid. They are listed as Baker’s Antiques but the emails come from “Country Style”. Their excuse for not answering email: “Please call us at the gallery at **********. This auction house does not respond to emails especially during the COVID19 pandemic...” WHAT? It’s just a ridiculous excuse! I read the reviews AFTER and say this is common practice. And if they don’t like what you write they threaten with their “legal department” which is a joke because selling poor reproductions as vintage items is fraud. Live Auctioneers should not allow vendors with such a low rating on their site.

Bought item close to 2 months ago and havent received

This is the second time I have purchased from their auctions, they want their money ASAP but you have to contact them to get your merchandise, I will not bid from them again

On November 20th I participated in an auction with this House. Today is December 20th, I just received my order from that Auction. I purchased what I believed to be Vintage Retro signs (in my mind Tin). Out of the 13 signs that I purchased only two of them were actually made of Tin, and even they didn't look Vintage the other 11 were poorly made replicas of images on Foam Board. Nowhere in the description did it mention these were on Foam Board, they are definitely not worth $25 a piece plus the $5 premium. I spent a total of $390 plus shipping for some ********** I can not resell or even pass off to others as gifts. 3 of the Foam Board Signs are such badly made copies of the originals that they are grainy and the pixelation is totally out of focus. Of course all sales are final and you cannot return anything. I'm going to be contacting my bank for a charge back. They can try to take me to court, I don't care. I will bring their sorry excuse for Vintage Signs they sold me on their auction, I also have the invoice where everyone is labeled as "retro style advertising sign" yet it's on modern day poster board and are actually Printed copies of the originals. I would understand if they were replica Vintage Signs because that's what I was expecting, not Foam Board photos that are terrible quality. The Shipping process well they claim it's because they send 100s of pieces a week and that's why it takes so long to get what you ordered. I waited 3 weeks of no communication, I emailed them through the invoice they sent, a gentleman called on the phone told me they were busy getting orders together and would get it out to me promptly. It arrived via USPS 2 DAY Priority. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchases and since they don't allow returns I will be holding the items until my bank decides whether I have a claim to get back what I paid. These are not what I ordered and I'm sure I am not the first person to do a charge back against this Auction House.

people are horrible to deal with guy scan my card three days after I call and give him information to scan it then turn around and charge me $25 because wasn't enough money on there he told me my order was 60 then turned around and tried bill in my card 490 because I said I had that much on there so go ahead and pull your 60 hear me say I had 90 so he tried taking all my money instead of just his $60 invoice and I do have proof of this also if you would like to see. Then when I received my item the packs were in a frame when it was up for auction I received the packs with no frame shoved in a piece of bubble wrap pack was half out

Baker's Antiques and Auctions has some unique and varied items. I definitely recommend purchasing from them.

MYSTERY BOX IS A TOTAL SCAM... What a lame purchase. The worst! I bought two boxes and I made sure to wait a little while as to not buy two lots that were right next to each other, trying to insure a little variety in my picks. Well I dont think it would have mattered any way. I think you get what they want to send you, which is basically their junk. I recieved two boxes of crappy VHS movies from the 80s and 90s. Mostly chick flix and lame ********** movies like Men in Black.. Jokes on me I guess? What are the odds of buying two boxes completely at random and they are both exactly the same? Smells sort of fishy to me. I dont even know anybody that owns a VCR anymore to just give them away. So it cost me 50 each for the boxes, 10 each for the buyers fee, then 45 bucks each for shipping, for a grand total of 210.00 bucks for two boxes of VHS tapes. Yes, I know it was my bad for makng that choice, so please save your advice about lessons learned etc. I get all that, believe me. This is just a warning to potential future buyers. BEWARE! Its a strong probability that theyre gonna send you a dud box, or two. If you decide to buy a "Mystery Box", just make sure you go out and buy a VCR first, cause your gonna need it...

i bought 5 different lots and have received any. they have not responded to any of my messages, phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Im surprised the LiveAuctioneers allows them to stay on the platform... Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost

Talk about kind people. I won the item in late August and they came in today; however New York to Florida takes a lot longer and I emailed them on timing. They told me how busy they were so I was patient and expected it to take some time. The package came and was well wrapped, and to our surprise there was a sweet note with candy to apologize for the delay! My family and I couldn't believe it. The items are even more beautiful in person. They are so generous and kind, I am looking forward to purchasing from them in the future! Thank you so much. I am so grateful.

Horrible experience. Purchased my item on May 24-and just received on Oct 20. Then the item I received did not match the picture. It was on a 'board' as described but the quality is terrible. Grainy, out of focus. I will not bid on their auctions in the period and warn everyone who does to stay away.

This company has it's own unique set of rules for payment. The first is that you've got to pay immediately on the day of the auction. They also levy late payment penalties. Live Auctioneers told me that I would receive an invoice within three days-nothing about paying immediately. Two days later I called the company to make payment using my credit card and gave my information to an older gentleman. Three weeks later I checked my credit card bills and they never processed my order, which was a birthday gift to myself. I sent a message via LiveAuctioneers.com asking about my purchase, but received no reply. I will never do business with this company again.

I paid for my items immediately and tried to get them to tell me how much shipping was so I could put it on my card and I never heard from them like shipping and have not received my items and it's been 30 days
