I won the auction and there was no other bidders, I got a great deal until, I called Bakers and inquired about the invoice. I was then informed that the lot was sold in house and it was at the discretion of the auctioneer. Funny thing was that the next auction had the same items however now they put a reserve on them. I think it's bad business not to honor a sale just because you screw up. Plain and simple "bad business".

Bought 5 boxes of vinyl records, sealed boxes, I was aware of the situation I faced, neighborhood of 200 records... long story short, all went in the trash, either broken or warped, I'll never buy mystery boxes, a very expensive lesson.

I love the vibrant vintage cards. This auction house has great items.

Great professional auction house

Won lot of eagle a metal flag pole holders and never recieved. Called location and they stated they couldn't find. Rather than refund me they wanted me to purchase something else. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase from Bakers Antiques and Auction again. Take the $25 dollars you stole and shove it..... where the sun don't shine....

I tried to contact Baker's via email 3 times RE: order. I did not get a response until I contacted Liveauctioneer's. Poor customer service. Then I was charged 40.00 S & H for a 30.00 item. Now my account with them still shows unpaid even though it it paid in full. I have emailed Baker's again to change the status to paid and still no response. I will never shop Baker's Antiques again. Product as described, packed well for shipping. They called promptly fir billing and shipping information. The only issue I had was that they dont respond to email questions. I didnt try calling but emailed multiple times with no response. I would use them again.

No response to 3 requests. No contact whatsoever. Never received invoice or product or response to my calls/emails. Cancelled transaction. Will never buy take part in their auctions again.

I paid for my items over a month ago and have yet to receive the item. The auction house hasn't responded to any of my emails and Live Auctioneer have been trying to help me with this and they have had no luck in getting them to respond. They will not even provide me a tracking number

Fast delivery, fair shipping cost

The lot was received as described, and the service was good. The shipping suffered from being during the Christmas Holiday time.

Waited and waited for my invoice but never received one. Emailed the auction house several times with no response. Finally called and they told me they would look into it. Called back and left a message saying that I didn't really win the items, that they were sold in-house. In my opinion, they did not get the price they expected so they sold to someone else or resold in another auction. Poor business practice.
