The "buyer's Premium" is excessive
John does about as good as anybody on his effort to give an accurate and fair description of the items. I would attend his auction before anyone else's if they were on competing days.

Dear Mary, I apologize for your delay in shipping. We offer several options for shipping and you had chosen the UPS store. They picked up your item very promptly on Feb 25th. I feel it is unfair we are receiving a one star because of a shipping issue that was picked up as you instructed. In these Covid times it is difficult as all of the pack and ship stores are behind as well as the post office. There was an unusual amount of customers that required pick up even our local buyers. We are a very small gallery and do not have the resources for in house shipping. We try to offer several options on our terms and conditions. Again, I am sorry for the delay and we have reached out the UPS store to contact you immediately.
