There was a lack of communication from all parties. Kelly bought multiple lots which were shipped by the UPS Store. When it was brought to our attention that one of the lots was missing we contacted the UPS Store and never heard about it again until over 3 months later, so we thought it was handled. At the end of every auction, there can be about 10-30 lots that do not get paid for and get resold at the next auction that has similar assets. This lot was accidentally put in that pile to be resold and recorded as such. Less than 24 hours before the auction Kelly contacted us about the lot and after a discussion, we agreed to refund him for the entire lot, with no problem which we did. The lot did sell for more than what he paid for it the first time however this could have gone the other way as well and sold for less. Nevertheless, we did agree to a refund and it was processed. I thought this was resolved. We did make a mistake, which we owned up to, and we were not doing something dishonest. As far as shipping he was charged for his actual shipping, this lot was not with his other items so there were no additional shipping charges to what he already paid and received. We apologize for the mistake and I feel we all came together with a resolution.

I am sorry you feel this way. We out our pick up days as well as the shipping terms in our descriptions, terms, on the invoice we send you as well as sending you an email the day of the sale with it all spelled out. If you decide not to take a moment to read them, then that is on you sir.
