Santa Fe Art Auction conducted a very professional sale. I was satisfied with every aspect of our transaction and would not hesitate to bid with them again. I want to particularly mention shipping. I highly recommend SFAA's recommended Pakmail store. Jacob Martin, with whom I have worked on several occasions, is tip top, providing superb communication and flawless packing. When you ship items of the quality that SFAA sells, you need trustworthy shippers and Jacob and the Pakmail team get it done.

I had problems to get the shipping company working on my piece. It took a number of phone calls and much waiting to receive the basket.

After winning the bid I received the following email from Nate, who is the COO of Santa Fe Art Auction. I'm surprised LiveAuctioneers supports auction houses that encourage LiveAuctioneers users to not useLiveAuctioneers.com. I read through the details of the auction and legal terms and conditions, and Santa Fe never mentions that their own proprietary online bidding system should be used, I was still allowed to bid throughLiveAuctioneers.com and win, only to be told that the item was sold to someone using Santa Fe's own bidding system. Dear Jory, Hope you are doing well. I wanted to reach out as there was an error with the bid entering on lot 41, and the lot in fact sold to another buyer on our SFAA bidding platform, and not on LiveAuctioneers.
