The ups store went to pick up the merchandise and they could not find it only to find out they gave it to another shipper which I had to go with as time had elapsed and they were more expensive. Thank you

Open at more convenient times for pick up. Treat your customers like customers instead of like your are doing us a favor. The fact that you even have a survey is a step in the right direction toward caring about clients.

Item was beautiful. Price was great. Called beforehand to see if there was someone who could help load the car, and was told that there was a dolly and they would be happy to help load it. When I arrived to pick the item up, staff was less than helpful. Love the table, however.

Their pricing strategy for passed items is very strange.! f an item passes. they will offer it for sale at the High auction estimate or sometimes relist it at a higher opening bid in a future auction. I've never before seen an auction house value items higher that have passed kinda odd.

I feel an auction house should have hours on the weekend-if you are only open 10-5pm, M-F, when most people are at work, how can someone pick up the items? And, since having the items shipped adds a lot of extra cost, which may deter people from buying, the benefit shop would benefit from having better hours.

Appears to be very well managed. Good photos. Invoice has a photo of the goods. Shipping co. did the job well and packaged very well.

I bought a mirror which arrived broken. Breakage due to packing and poor clarification that item was fragile. Also auction house didn't clarify that back of mirror had tears, etc in heavy brown paper attached to frame.

After the auction, some items shown in the catalog with no bid are listed as sold. What's the explanation for that?

I won the item, paid for the item, arranged for shipping, only to be told by the auction house that the item had been previously sold!!!! They did refund my money, but what about my time expended to complete the payment, arrange for shipping, etc? Nancy

Technical issues prevented me from joining online. Items were passed without fair warning often within seconds of opening. Not professional.

I received a broken frame and window through a cab transportation. The auction house just say there is no responsibility for them. Not even they were sorry. Very bad way to deal with clients. I strongly don't recommend this house.

Overall rating is excellent. Suggest they provide more detail photos of rugs (specifically photos of backside of rugs) to assist buyers in determination of quality level of piece. Please share this info directly with auction house.

Told me an article of clothing was 12 size-14 size. Bought it, got it and it was really a size 2-size 4. Bought item for friend who was a size 12. However, I am a size 4 and it fit me perfectly! And I love it. But this could have been a very bad, very expensive experience.

This questionnaire isn't so "correct" in that the questions don't actually apply to all experiences. i. e. I didn't "experience a shipping process" in that I picked up my item directly, and the people there were extremely helpful, but I just wanted you to know you could tweak your questions to be a little more accurate.

The picture showed three items, the title said "pair." I thought it was three but I only received two. I am not going to fight about it because the items were not expensive, but I won't bid with this house again.

Never have had complaint about auction house so this is a first and the problem remains unresolved. No communication, unreturned phone calls. Arrived Tuesday after drive from Ohio and workers could not find item from October 15 auction. Several calls and emails to auction house confirming pickup and payment... after staff called auctioneer was told that since it was not picked it was given to charity?? Still no explanation as I have made several calls to auctioneer Pam stone only one returned on Tuesday...... nothing. Have requested her to pickup from charity and will make arrangements for pickup...... nothing. Can you please provide direction. Never experienced this with any of your auctioneers
