Top notch! Great venue!

Love these folks-they are honest, and super accommodating about pick ups. I have bought from them several times this year and each time a delight. Streaming the auction live is worth it for finding even more treasures

These folks run a very old-fashioned auction where everything is allowed to sell, no games are played, and the people are most willing to be helpful. I heartily recommend them.

Referred to an owl figure as "24 Troy Oz Sterling Owl" but it was synthetic material with sterling silver coating. Didn't bother replying to my message when I informed them of this. Didn't post a picture of the marks so that people could have determined this themselves.

Friendly, quick to answer all my questions, very helpful with all my needs for finding good local shipping company!

I was highly dissatisfied with this auction house. Their photography showed only the good side of the piece. They propped up the item to show a functional base when it was not. They propped up the door to a cabinate to show that it was functional when it falls out. The interior shelves were in pieces broken and seperate from the cabinate. It was a total deception as to the condition of the Tansu Chest. Beware of what you purchase from this auction house online. Buy at your own risk.

My lot languished at the auction house for more than two weeks. I paid invoice immediately and called the Monday after the Sunday auction to inquire about shipping. I was given the name of two shippers that they you use-Country Postman and UPS Store. I chose UPS store and was led to believe that they would put my item on thelist for pick up. After one week I called. Communication was very poor, at no time was I told that I must personally call UPS Store for pickup nor was I provided any phone numbers. Finally, at 18 days after the auction, I called for the third time and she told me I must call and this is clearly stated online. I looked and could not find any instructions or phone numbers for shippers serving the auction house. Finally, they sent my item to Country Postman and I got the item in two days. Also, the camera lens, which was touted as being very very valuable, was positioned in photos to hide the fact the the adjusting rack and pinion knob was missing. This was not a good experience.

Damage on item that could not be seen in photo was not mentioned in item description. Shipping services recommended by the auction house totally over-packed the item which drove up the shipping cost unnecessarily.

Was an excellent experience overall. Would bid again if something catches my interest.

I love State Line Auctions! Tommy the auctioneer is funny, helpful, very generous with his help. I have both attended the auctions-with Louis the Chihuahua-and bid online, and the experiences were both great! I have found great things for my new Connecticut home and could not be happier! Christine

Very impressed with this auction company!

Three of the items I purchased were tanned animals. The hides were so deteriorated they crumbed when you picked them up. The black bear rug is totally unusable. The brown bear rug is also falling apart but not as badly. The elk skin vest is brittle and cracking. All in all they are trash. The pictures did not reflect the condition of the hides. There was only one picture of each item and no description regarding condition. I contacted the auction house regarding the teeth and claws as was not enlightened as to other condition problems. I was ripped off.

I really enjoy the live feed of the auction, but it always dies in the middle of the auction. It came back near the end this last time though.
