One of my items was a wooden box. There was nothing in the description or photo that showed the damage on it before I made a winning bid.

Best auction house around... excellent merchandise and the auctioneer, Tom, makes it a lot of fun!

This auction house is run by a very nice and caring man who, while certainly running a business, treats the auction as being like a group of friends. A dying type of auction house. I truly hope that he is around for a long time to come.

Very friendly people. There was a mix-up with the pickup and no one was there when I got there despite my having called them (a sick child). Fortunately, I met a neighbor business owner who called their cellphone and then they came back and all worked out fine. They then took the time to show me some paintings for their next sale.

They are a great, spirited auction house. Very authentic and worthwhile. I always appreciate my time spent with them-on line.

It would be helpful to have a commons object in photos to give a sense of size... i. e. A coke can. Not everyone can get to the auction house to see items in person before the auction.

Still waiting for refund. Have sent item back, but have not heard anything or received refund.

The descriptions would benefit from dimensions, and actual descriptions. Photos with a ruler or soda can for size frame of reference would be helpful.

The expense of the buyers premium stopped me on bidding at@ 2000. Or more

They are real pro's There were no issues. The hand off to their shipping source went fine. I will watch their auctions again.

I had no issues with this auction house. Most auctions don't show enough pictures or give very good details about some items. This one is no better or worse than others. When having auctions over the internet it would be nice to see it all. Thank you.

I traveled three and a half hours to pick up my lots. The auction house went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and made it possible to collect my items after hours. I would happily do business with them again.

Nice guys. And helpful when visiting location. But REALLY need more and better pictures online. And measurements! Plus condition issues. Really poor online information.

Stateline Auctions have always provided the upmost professional service. Their staff is terrific. The owners, Tom and Bruce, are a "class act".

I suspect they bid from their own computers up to the highest online pre-auction bid; I watched online as my bid went up many times faster than real bidders could respond and stopped just at my 3x opening bid amount. I had emailed a day or two before the auction for some info on age, condition etc. and got no answer; I waited 'till the last minute then tried to cancel my bid a few hours before 24 but it wouldn't work-why not make bids cancelable at any time before an auction?? Is it 24 hours from approx time item comes up or before auction begins or one calendar day before? They provide bad photos, no close-ups, absolutely NO description and do not answer emailed questions so online buyers are left completely in the dark. On the plus side when I wrote to say I didn't feel fairly dealt with, they failed to tell me what I was buying and tho' I would if they insisted I would rather not buy it, they did not insist which I appreciated. They seem new and have a lot to learn about what remote buyers need to be provided with online to have a chance of buying fairly.

I gave my credit card info over the phone to a lady and the next day I was called by my credit card company and there where fraudulent charges on my card. It was the only place I used my credit card. Otherwise it would of been a great shopping experience.
