The piece arrived with a large chip, which was not disclosed in the description. I emailed the auction house the date the item arrived and have yet to speak with a representative. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would caution live auctioneers in continuing to provide them a platform to take advantage of people. Thank you, Donas

Item was in worse shape than as described. Shipping charged was more than actual cost of shipping.

I wont buy from them again and won't recommend them to othwr buyers.

Shipping costs were a little high (and didn't include insurance) but it was stated up front and the item was well packed.

bought a pc of sterling silver, it was not clear in the photo, and was not mentioned in the description that there was a monogram removal. after i received the item i noticed this and contacted them saying they should have noted this flaw. they never responded. i know it is buyer beware but i'm not happy-feel free to let them know maybe they would respond to you

I didn't get an invoice right away-whom ever answered the phone implied it was in my spam folder (no it wasn't), then I didn't get tracking information without asking for it. I had special packing instructions because I have a lot of experience with this particular item and I was ignored. When I emailed them and told them of all the damage, they again ignored me. Not nice, I won't be back. Thank you for this opportunity.

Excellent auction experience.

Overall I am satisfied with the auction house. Still processing the order and packing & shipping is a issue with most auction houses. Time to process and order and ship it out of the auction house door is minimum 2 to 3 days an usually 5 to 7 days.
