Thanks so much for your review. Unfortunately we cannot do in-house shipping and as most of the other auctioneers in this area, we use shippers that have been prompt, careful but unfortunately the shipping is getting more expensive.

We are very sorry to hear your were unhappy with our train auction. Was it because of the shipping? Our terms and conditions state that we don't ship and recommend reputable shippers in the area but you may choose any shipper you like. I know the costs of mail and shipping is getting quite expensive but we have no other alternative. I hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

Items were exactly as pictured and described. Easy to contact and arrange pick up-had everything waiting and had extra packing newspaper and a box available to facilitate the pick up.

Accurate description
I won a moderately priced hobby item ($60.00). The items were exactly as described. Although they were untested, they operated correctly with only minor repair, cleaning, and lubrication. I am well satisfied with the auction process. The packing and shipping costs were much more than I guessed. One should ask for a shipping estimate before bidding. I will do that in the future. The packing and shipping is by third party and not the responsibility of the auction house.

Great Items-Easy Shipping, even without In-House Shipping A +
This is a great auction house. The items I won were accurately described. And though B. S. Slosberg doesn't offer in-house shipping, their relationship with the shipper, Philadelphia Mailroom made the process VERY easy. What a relief! It is such a hassle to call around to an outside shipper and manage all the coordination details. The shipping price was reasonable, as well. Philadelphia Mailroom shipped quickly, and gave me a tracking number so I would know when to expect my items. A + experience!

Item Not Bad, Slow Ship
I think I overpaid somewhat for this item but that's not the auction house's fault. Live and learn. Shipping by Philly Mailroom was slow, it took them about a week to ship.

Make sure you do your own research on an item before the auction.
They do not return phone calls or emails. The item that I purchased was not as described. They didn't know what they had and didn't do a thorough research on the item. The item was listed as a baby elephant headdress when in fact it was an adult elephant headdress. I knew this because I already had two of them.

Hello, I see your email releasing the headdress to your shipper followed by your statement saying that it was an adult one and not a baby on but you wanted it anyway. I don't know at this point who did the description, but we always do the best we can but are not experts in all fields and advise our customers to check things out. You also stated we didn't have to return your call when we saw your email. We do our best, even during this pandemic, to answer all calls and emails. Thank you for your purchase.
