Barry and his staff are either family or like family and treat everyone with respect. This is not a place for snobbery, it's more like a local auction in the city.

As a first time buyer, I was very happy with the quality of the items I purchased, and the friendly staff.

They should inform buyers ON THE front of the ad if they are not going to ship. Luckily, I was able to acquire assistance from the actual gun holder (FFL) and got my gun shipped. Other than that, the transaction as for as payment was fine. But I was not hetting anywhere with Slosberg's.

Very satisfied with the entire auction process. $10 purchase, $2 commission then $55 + to the shipping company for a 5 "x 11" item. Seems a little steep!!!

The process of receiving the invoice from the auctioneer and shipping company went smoothly, but it took over two weeks once the payment process was complete and it took several contacts with the shipping company to make them provide the shipping. It was never explained why the delivery took so long.

I have been buying from Barry Slosberg Auction for a few years now and they're wonderful people. If you have any questions, expect honest answers.
