Evidently too small of a company to do their shipping in-house … the extra step in arranging shipping through a third party added too much time and effort to make using this auction house worthwhile

B. S. Slosberg Auctions was extremely helpful and responsive to all our inquiries. We reside across the country (Wyoming) from this auction house, but had scheduled a vacation in which we could pick up our items that we won in the auction. We were able to pick up our items with absolutely zero problems and the process was quick and painless. What an incredible bargain on our settees ! We will definitely be attending auctions with Slosberg online in the future. Thanks so much!

Everything went perfectly-from answering questions on condition to payment and excellent shipping and packing by UPS

The description of the chair said it was leather. The material was actually vinyl. I would not have bid if the description was accurate.

I’ve not heard a responsible answer from DAKS or B. S. Slosberg as to why I did not receive my auctions so I’m going to ask my credit card company to open a claim and refund me the money for the auctions and for postage. I received one auction (25 comics) and was charged $81.00 to ship them. Neither the auction house or the shipping company they employed have responded to my requests for an explanation or the whereabouts of the auctions i won. Jeffrey

I prefer in house shipping, however, DAK company gets my business, All items were well packed and boxed.

Packing and shipping was the most expensive I have ever encountered in over 500 purchases through on line auctions. This is the second time I have been gouged by this shipper in the past two years and will not ever buy from this auctioneer again because they do not ship within their company as most auction houses do.

They are friendly and have always helped with whatever issues o had regarding items

When buying china, which I often do, I rely on the description. Some of the auction houses provide more detailed condition reports and dimensions of the items. This is very helpful to commercial buyers like myself.
