Items as pictured and described
The 2 items were exactly as pictured and described. I was charged $23.58 for shipping. They were shipped in a 12oz., 10 "x 8" x 5 "cardboard box, with a small amount of bubble wrap and some packing peanuts. Non discounted USPS Ground Advantage shipping rate from zip code 44659 to 32118 is $6.75. I was charged. 79 cents for Material/Box, (a reused box), which leaves a balance of $16.04 for handling, which seems a bit pricey, especially for in house shipping.

Hello Craig, we apologize if you were unhappy with our shipping process but to let you know the balance of the 16.04 actually includes insurance which is based off of the hammer price and automatically computed by Shipping Saint into your label cost. The reason for the insurance cost is if there are any issues or damage to your items once they leave our hands you would be completely reimbursed all money for your merchandise as well as shipping within 3 business days. We sure hope you understand the full costs now and continue to do business with us in the future. Please know that you are free to send your own label as well!

this auction house has Unique special treasures. and they should get better prices at auction. but you never know until you work with an auction house how the fulfillment will go. and it was quick and the shipping price was fair. so I would definitely bid again. so I would hope they have bidder loyalty. I adore my treasures from Atlee Raber Ohio.

Had to connect, with a concern
Atlee Raber Auctions Went above and beyond with my concerns! There was a glitch with the shipping price. When I called, they are got right on the problem and made some phone calls and fixed the problem right away. It was a pleasant experience!! I would recommend this auction!

Even of the items are not to big and fragile, shipping can be done.
Great auction house to buy from... it may take time for shipping but that's how it is now from delivery companies.

The title of one of my lots was misidentified. I reached out to Atlee Raber and they responded promptly with an offer to refund me for the item. It was not worth the time, so I did not take them up on their offer, but I appreciated that they were willing to make it right.

Wrong Description
I won several lots and a large belt buckle in one lot was not sterling silver as described. I've contacted the auction house by message and phone over a week ago and they won't respond.
