Wrong Description
I won several lots and a large belt buckle in one lot was not sterling silver as described. I've contacted the auction house by message and phone over a week ago and they won't respond.

Excellent service
I bought a HUGE and heavy number of books and when the UPS guy delivered it he grunted with the effort. But they were well packed, very safe, and exactly as described. I look forward to more of their auctions.

Polished coin
Descriptions could be more accurate. I know more about coins now so wouldn't fall for this again but one of the coins in this lot was so obviously polished that it should have been in the item description.
