We purchased just one lot and shipping was prompt and the several items in the lot were very well packed.

Ring was smaller than anticipated, but at no fault to them. Fast shipping!

Bent over backwards and stayed after hours to accommodate my pickup.... without notice. Favorite auction experience yet. Is there a 6th star option?

But shipping was almost as expensive as the item won.

I purchased a few lots of arrowheads and after receiving them realized they were cheap reproductions when contacting the auction house they said they never made any claim to authenticity. That's a typical cop out for an auction house when selling fakes. If anybody else bought arrowheads from this auction house please have them checked out immediately.

Very expensive shipping

This was my first time buying and atleee raber auctions was great to deal with. Very easy and quick. I would bid again with them for sure.

Understandably not every flaw will be described but NOT to mention that parts of the calendar was missing and replaced with a color copy is just wrong. I asked twice for the item to be removed from frame before shipping-Auctioneer agreed but then shipped in frame. Doubt I'll ever bid on Altee Raber auctions again.

Being an auction house, you would think that once a sale is done so is the service. This is NOT THE CASE with this company, I am from Canada and bought a item of considerable weight that required special handling and shipping. Rhonda and the other staff at Atlee Raber, worked with me and found a shipper and took care of the details and subsequent snag with the shippers. They handled my sale and the after sale, like I was an old friend. I cannot say enough about how great they treated me, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have had to deal with this company.
