I contacted the Gallery because of shipping issues and was unsatisfied with the reply to the point that I will never again deal with this company. How hard is it to include shipping arrangements when you are the seller. Why should I have to make my own arrangements. Just bad business practices all the way around.

From start to finish this could not have been an easier way to buy something. I had a few small questions and the staff at David Killens answered them quickly and thoroughly. All is all a wonderful experience.

If you're worried about doing business with this gallery if your not in the NYC area... dont be. I had a question, it was answered in depth within an afternoon. The item i purchased was 100 % described and displayed. When i asked about shipping, the staff at David Killen gave me several options. I chose the one they recommended and was so blown away at how professional and perfect everything was handled. I won it on Saturday, it was delivered to my home in Texas the very next Saturday. Great people, great prices and great art. I'll 100 % bid here again.

David Killen gallery investigated one of my online bids (after the day of the sale) on their own and two days later informed me that I had actually Won the disputed item. They didn’t have to go to the trouble. Most galleries would have just said “better luck next time.” They went out of their way. It required a couple extra days for them to straighten it out. But, they Did! I’m thrilled to know there are still reputable folks out there.
