Be careful. The shipping is outrageous. Items were packed fine. But ship [ ping fees were SUPER padded! Communication needs work! Sadly won't be ordering from them again.

Overall, Easterly Auction Co. offers quality merchandise, and this was true for most of the items in this order. However, one item was disappointing, a tourmaline pendant (Item # 592). It is pretty cheap looking and nothing I would ever wear or give as a gift. I definitely overpaid for this pendant. Perhaps this is the downside of online auctions: not being able to see the actual item in person. On the plus side, I'm very happy with the other items I received-very high quality. And, as always, the shipping was reasonable, and everything was well-packed. I have NEVER received a broken item from this company, and I have bid with Easterly for at least three years.

My first purchase was with this auction house, and all went well. I was nervous about how the shipment works because unlike Ebay you need to figure out how to get your stuff yourself and i am in Canada. Downfall was how expensive it all came down to in the end (items around 85 $plus shipping around 45 $then a surprise customs charge of 35 ) made me realize that i should just bid on small light items or something i REALLY want. Anyways, for a first try this company was great, goods arrived perfectly.

Why you keep sending me rocks? Every month another box of rocks? Sure they are beautiful, interesting, and carefully and expertly packed. Sure every one we unwrap is better that we thought it would be. What we have started doing is to look at all the pictures then double the wow factor. The auctions themselves are a great source for expert information on each item. Kim soaks it all in like a sponge. But I digress. Why so many rocks? All the time rocks, rocks, and more rocks. Too many rocks. Rocks everywhere. Got new box today. More rocks

Demand payment right away, but emetic after email no reply, offers in house shipping they say but they don’t ship. Once payment was made there is no contact by them at all and I have sent numerous emails. I know it is not a large amount but whether I spend a $100 or $3000 it is important to me. They are not top rated.
