What a great experience I had with this auction house. The items were packed with love!

Easterly is usually does a very good job in packing and shipping, but not this time. The packaging on the chrysacola in this last shipment was not adequate at all. The assortment of smaller pieces (some very tiny) of cutting/tumbling stones was displayed in an open box for the auction. Unfortunately, when I opened the box at home, pieces of chrysacola went everywhere. They had just put the open box in a shipping box and put a few pieces of shipping paper in with it. What a mess!

Easterly is always very good to deal with. They have quality items and give a great description, usually including a picture with a ruler to show size of item.

No need to hesitate. Fast moving, efficient auctions. Fast, painless shipping with an amazing packing job with each item labeled. Excellent transaction.

This item is perfect however I bid on another item, saw it was sent and it sold for the price I bid. Was surprised not to receive notice of win. Asked when making payment for this. No response. Next night there was public comment that they were fielding bids from two online platforms as well as in-person. Great for them but if they can't manage it and don't respond to key questions-not so good for customers. Otherwise delighted with the one purchase, its shipping and packaging.

There is a little guesswork figuring out size. One item is excellent but smaller than hoped.

I highly recommend Easterly. They offer great items, represented as advertised. They offer in-house shipping, which eliminates trying to find shipping companies in strange towns-besides, I'm lazy and prefer the path of least resistance. Also, shipping costs are VERY reasonable, which is important when items are being shipped across the country. The items were carefully packed, delicate items in their own small boxes. My box weighed about 15 pounds, and they shipped for about $45.00, which included packing materials and labor. My items arrived in perfect condition. My only issue: Easterly is so popular with bidders that it's difficult to nab a bargain. Still, hope springs eternal, and I would definitely bid again at Easterly.:)
