I wish I didn’t have to log in every time I look at something or recheck on an item. It is very very annoying. Sometimes I don’t even bother to look again because of this annoyance. Why is this necessary? Sabra

I sent an email regarding when the item would be shipped. I got no response. I then called. When my call was returned, Ilearned the auctioneer was doing there on shiping and that they had a lot to do following the sale. I understand that, but it would have been better if they had taken the time to send a not with the invoice saying the aproximate date the item would shipped. I also learned after checking my Paypal account when the item was scheduled for delivery. Other shippers would have sent an email with the tracking number.

This is a very professional and knowledgeable group. I feel fortunate to discover them.
