I Recommend this auction house to all bidders!

The items were exactly as described and after I did the repairs and cleaning (both "flaws" mentioned in the description) my pieces are truly lovely. I'm happy with all aspects of purchasing and transactions.

I couldn't believe how well my items where packed and shipped. Each individual item was wrapped and put in a box and then those boxes were put in a bigger box and again had packing. They shipped the things out quickly. If you buy off these folks, you can rest assured that your items will be taken care of. I look forward to doing business with them again.

No problems at all

My item, a brochure, arrived with tape stuck to it, and even with my careful removing of that tape, it left residue marks. I contacted both the auction house and shipper and received no reply. If you care about your item, I'd go there to pick it up, even if it's a rare piece of paper. Very unprofessional and I'm very very disappointed. Awful experience.

Was a very smooth transaction, Item packaged nicely and shipped quickly.

It was great to work with a company that has shipping in house so we don't pay more for shipping than the actual item

The auction process was ok in my opinion compared to other auction houses. The auction definitely lacked sufficient pictures. The underside of the item looked terrible and appeared someone had attempted to fix. Also seemed like the shipping took several weeks. They were nice when contacted, but do see some room for improvement. I would buy from them again, but would hope they add additional pictures to their listings.

Very pleased with my items... they are as described and arrived well protected. You obviously take great pride in shipping and that's important to me given the fragility of my items. I would not hesitate to bid again with RSS. Thank you.

Knowing shipping prices, the $25 added on to real cost after taking a healthy commission is discouraging.

I have no problem with Rentzel's Auction Service!! I have a big problem with the unreasonable shipping costs. After paying for items & 7 percent tax & 15 percent premium-I am hit with paying 30 per cent of total for shipping. Auction Companies should provide reasonable shipping.

I've purchased multiple items via Rentzel's auctions and will continue to participate in their auctions. The item was exactly as described, shipped quickly and packed exceptionally well. Very pleased with overall experience.
