I was very pleased with the entire experience. My questions about shipping prior to the auction were answered promptly and clearly. Bidding was easy and I got a good painting at a very reasonable price. Painting was exactly as described and arrived in excellent condition. Broward also packed it well and shipped it to me quickly at a price lower than a standard shipping service would have charged. I am very happy with my experience with Broward and plan to follow their auctions from now on. I certainly would recommend them.

Perfect service

The auction house shipped my item quickly, but it was a delicate Fabris figurine with porcelain lace trim and they simply placed it in the box with packing peanuts around it and did not wrap the figurine itself in any kind of tissue or bubble wrap to protect it during shipping. It's a miracle it wasn't smashed to bits in transit!
