Poor Communication Terrible Photos
The photos for the tea caddy did not show the extensive damage of the tea caddy, particularly the lid. I reached out to them about this and never received a reply and was basically ignored. Paid way too much for this very poor condition tea caddy.

Picking the Right Shipper
I contacted the auction house to receive the invoice. Once paid, I contacted the UPS Store # 1782 on Grand Avenue. Lu and Andy did a great job packing the vase and the cost was reasonable. It was shipped the following day and received timely. I was very satisfied with this transaction.

Pottery auction experience
I doubt I would have found items of this quality without going through an auction company like Revere. The pieces are in excellent condition, they made the on-line bidding process easy. They were also very helpful getting shipping arranged. Overall and exciting and enjoyable experience. l

Exorbitant Fees
They offer no shipping no packing no handling and no help, they ask for fax of order to give to UPS that you have to contact only their fax doesnt work. The cost for the $120 item came close to a total of $200

No in-house shipping and credit card payment surcharge
While disclosed in advance, my experience was less than ideal. The auction house does not provide shipping services so they must be independently arranged. I was also charged an additional fee to pay by credit card.
