Not only do they have an astounding inventory with many great buys, but this young company is committed to making its name with the best possible customer service for both consigners and buyers. I am the winning Bidder of this item in the auction records, I was issued an invoice from Revere Auctions and paid for it. 2 weeks later after having my shipper try to pick up the item from them 2 times and and getting denied. I received an email saying I didn't win the item. When I finally got through to the owner he apologized and said they sold it to someone else (I have the invoice from them stating I'm the winning bidder, and it shows me as the winning bidder in the online auction records and I gave them my payment info the next day (called 2 times to make sure they had it was all correct) and it shows me as the winning bidder on line. When I finally got through to the owner, he apologized over and over and told me he would give me a credit... never got the credit... I just want my item... Who does business like this?
