Unbeknownst to the Tharp auction house, this item turned out to be other than what they thought it was when presented for auction. After winning the auction and receiving the piece, I immediately engaged Ms. Tharp and reported the issue with the proper documentation. She was not only responsive but proactive in working with me and a third party to make it right. She told me that customer satisfaction was her # 1 priority, which she well proved. I would add that her integrity, honesty, and responsiveness are beyond compare. Though this auction did not work out as intended for either of us, I'll happily bid on future auctions from Tharp.

I purchased a pair of wall sconces from Dana Tharp Auctions at a very reasonable price as a gift for my wife. Though, my wife found them to be very beautiful, they were of a style that did not blend with her d é cor. I telephoned Miss Tharp and explained my situation to her. She was very understanding and without hesitation said she would give me a full refund once they were back in her possession. Miss Tharp was very respectful as to why I was returning the sconces.
