Easy to arrange shipping
Very responsive to questions about shipping to US. Calculated in-house shipping and got right back to me with a quote. Item came quickly and fully padded and packed. Very pleased. I try to avoid out of country auctions, but via CA and Champagne, no worries.

Descriptions were incorrect
Items were not described in a way that was consistent with what was received. I hope to see the auction house improve descriptions because all the other parts of the process worked quite well.

Excellent experience, the seller is precise in the description of the object and quick and courteous in communicating with the buyer. I'm sorry they don't ship directly to Italy, but it's a choice and I understand it.

Auction canceled sale and the reported me for non-payment
This auction canceled the March 15th sale, never followed up, I was even unable to pay because of no invoice! They reported me for non-payment. Now I have auctions denying me access.
