The worst auction house I have ever dealt with. You sold a fake item and then did everything to avoid refunding me. You denied any responsibility and passed it all to the consignor. You are immoral cowards who cannot even be trusted to abide by your own terms and conditions. You are a disgrace to the auction business.

Hello Mr. Neil Buckland, we are very sorry that you had a bad experience with our auction house. We would like to add that, Mr. Buckalnd did contact us regarding his issue after receiving the item and we did informe him immediately that we will need a few days to contact our consignor to sort out return and shipping issues. During this period while trying to convienance our consignor to help Mr Buckland return his item, he charged back his credit card immediately without letting us explaining the situation to our consigor. Since he did not notify us regarding the charge back, we had to find this out when your Bank informed us, which was a surprise to us.
