Very disappointed auction place

dealt with them twice in just a month. Both auctions were really well managed. Items as described and most important-the guys are very accommodating and kind-1 time I was able to come by on a different day to pick up the items. THANK YOU!

Very nice people and auction.

First with the shipping, I paid $17.71 included unspecific fees. I received the package and saw the postage label. It showed $4.83 Media Mail. Surprisingly, I didn't get the extra charge or the package was returned by USPS because the comic books are not qualified for Media Mail. Their packing? It's terrible. One book was bent. All books were not wrapped with bubble wrap properly. Very loose inside the . The was used and came from the clothing department store. Unprofessional packing. Second about the details, I asked for the enlarged scans of the comic books. They said it's consigner's books. Asked them to contact me via my email address. Nothing happened. The seller couldn't do anything about it. I still don't buy it.

I won my item, it gave me the email and what not to pay for it so I paid it. About 2 weeks later I get an email stating I have to pay more in shipping then I did for the item. It’s not cool that you don’t include this stuff in the post. So now here I am out the money for the item and have to pay a chunk on shipping too now to get it.

I was very happy with the lot of photos that I won at auction. I am very happy with the number of photos I received and the price I paid.

They need to require a size contrast to all items sold

After waiting weeks and not getting any reply from the auction house my purchase arrived today and is quite clearly a modern print on canvas not an oil as catalogued. The auction house only responded when I got liveauctioneers to help and I will be seeking a full refund.

I was shocked when they refunded $100.00 of the shipping cost, wow, they deserve my praise for being so honest. Fast shipping also. I would definitely recommend this auction house and I will be bidding in future auctions.

Good people in a very interesting business.

The process was horrible. The shipping a nightmare. I didn’t get all my items. It took 2 weeks to get my stuff. 3 items were broken. One I never received. And the person who answered my questions was rude. Now that I told them all this info they don’t respond at all. I was ripped off

This was the first auction I bid/won on the site, so I was not familiar with the process. Emanon answered my questions promptly and delivered as promised.

These auctions are fun, fast, and friendly. Find things you didn't know you needed or wanted.

Won the auction on several saddle blankets. Arranged for them to be shipped. Nothing. I reached out to find our what was happening. I was told there was a family death and my items will be shipped out soon. It's two months later and still nothing. No responses and no blankets. Any kind of communication would've been nice.

Very good price on items and shipping. Shipping did take a month under unfortunate circumstances.
