good packaging

I purchased 5 lots of jewelry from Emanon Auctions and Estate Sales. Two lots, a bracelet and a necklace were described as sterling silver. Neither item is sterling silver-just silvertone costume jewelry. Additionally, I purchased a lot of rhinestone jewelry, consisting of seven items. Three of the seven are missing rhinestones. This wasn't disclosed in the description. The fourth lot is sterling silver consisting of four items, one of which is a pair of earrings with the post of one broken off. This was not disclosed. I also purchased an additional lot of miscellaneous sterling items, and they instead shipped me a lot of beaded jewelry. I have emailed Emanon requesting a refund, with no response

I have bid on several auctions in the past with Emanon Auctions. It was a good experience. Recently, I bid on several other lots for auctions with Emanon. I paid for all the merchandise in full. On August 8th, I texted John to arrange a time to come pick up my items. He and his daughter were very kind. They started loading up my car with my won-lot-items, but I noticed that several of the items were not in the boxes. I was told one lot I won and paid for, went back to the "designer" without any notice. They DID refund that lot in full immediately. I also noticed several other items from my receipts that were supposed to be part of my lot were not given to me. Therefore I was unable to pick them up that day and would have to return at a later time for them. A walking cane that I had purchased back in May was not found, but I was told to come back for that at a later date as well which is more than an inconvenience. On August 9th at 11:12 AM I requested a full refund from John the owner for the lots that were not found. he replied "of course". On August 12 1:57 pm I had made a second request for a refund for the items I did not receive. Still no response nor no refund. I guess this is money lost! Oh well. Moving on!

Waste of time and disappointment. 3 orders I won were canceled with some BS explanation.

I won a bid for a lot of 7 Beenie babies for $6. Shipping was paid for. The auction house requires payment within 48 hours by which I complied. I reached out to the auction house regarding shipping on the 7th (eight or 9 days after winning bid) again on 8th and again on 10th. No response. Very disappointed that they require 48 hour payment but cant respond to a simple question regarding shipping. Please rectify issue. Thank you. Jj

Packaging could be vastly improved. Watches packed as junk-little protection.

I received everything that was listed and it arrived in good condition. What was worrisome that the electronic item was put in a padded envelope that was then put in a shipping box without any air pillows or rumpled kraft paper to keep the item stationary in the box while in transit. I would have been nice for the seller to forward parcel tracking information to the buyer as it became available so I would have some clue as to when and how it was being shipped and to monitor the progress. That said, I would buy from this auction house again.
