Item as described and carefully packaged. Shipping process not as seamless as formerly. Used to have superior operations. Maybe this was just a momentary glitch.

First, let me say the first experience went well as long as they have everything you won. The problem begins when you win something, they charge you and the thing you win is not at the pickup site, its missing or someone stole it. GOOD LUCK getting your money back. They just keep your money and move on to the next auction. They even keep your receipt and mark on it Refund Due but that refund never comes. Luckily I took a photo of the receipt with their notes on it but still no refund. Try emailing the address on your receipt (crickets). Try calling their phone number on the receipt. I guarantee you it will go to voicemail and it will say it is full leaving you no to contact them. You see, all of this over a lousy $60 plus dollars but a simple response would go a long . It's only been approx 1 month now since the auction. On a positive note, Mary a worker for this auction is top notch. She runs around and keeps things moving. I really appreciate all her help. Common Emanon, do you really want this type of publicity over a $60 refund? Get your ********** together. We are all busy.

All went perfect! when bidding was done I believe I got some good buys, payment automatic and pickup was right on. All items separated by bidder.. in and out.. Quick, fast and efficient.

I learned the hard way. I am still trying to work with them but to no avail. Huge response time. No customer support. Would you like to bid on something and it’s just a SCAM? I am not bidding anymore with these people because I don’t want to bid on something torn out of a magazine. If I could give negative stars I will. Stay away from these scamsters unless you want to be scammed.

After numerous attempts to reach this place, it's as if I've been ghosted. No one responds, no one answers calls, no one returns voice mails. They literally took my money and vanished off the face of the earth, along with my art purchase. Thankfully, it wasn't that much BUT I was so looking forward to getting it and am extremely disappointed. We've been collecting art and buying on LiveAuctioneers for years — this has never happened to us. We want to warn others to think twice before buying from this Auction House.

Great people to deal with!

When I won my lot, I sent a message to the auction house to arrange shipment. Weeks later when U hadn’t received my items I notified the seller who contacted the auction house and found out they were still waiting on me to tell them to ship it to me but they never told me that. After that, I was billed for shipping and the item came today-very late!

All went very smooth. packing & shipping was reasonable.. A +

WORST AUCTION HOUSE IN 50 YEARS OF BUYING AND SELLING COLLECTIBLES. HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH MANY OTHERS. NOT EMANAON! BIDDERS BEWARE. PLEASE DON'T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I WAS. NO REPLY TO EMAILS TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS. HE ALSO LOST A $200.00 ITEM AND WON'T REFUND MY MONEY. IF I DIDN'T JUST SPEND A WEEK IN THE HOSPITAL WITH KIDNEY STONES I WOULD HAVE USED THE FULL 2000 WORDS ALLOWED TO DESCRIBE THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
