All my items were thrown I the box like trash... Items were broken (not in description or pics). Items that were listed as UNOPENED were in fact open (40 + card packs). Sad way to run a business. Would NOT but from again.

Very easy to bid. They do in house shipping which I love. I just pay the bill, they take care of the rest. I don't like to bid on sites that won't pack and ship, as outside shippers are expensive. Thanks Great job. Fun and easy.

Who ever shipped item placed item in flimsy bag without cardboard and was stuffed in mail box all bent up.

Did not receive Vintage Barbie Clothes outfits Lot 0078. Sent message indicating that the aforementioned lot was missing and didn't have reply.

I bought several items from two different auctions from the auction house. The first had one missing item and the second had all but two items missing and I received items I did not even bid on. I have called this auction house several times but answering machine picks up and I cannot leave a voicemail due to mailbox being full. I have sent several emails asking about the missing items and still no answer as to what happened to them. Very unsatisfied at this point.

Hello-I paid for my items with shipping promptly-it has been nearly 3 weeks and I have not received my merchandise-I have sent emails that have not been answered and I have called and it goes to a machine that says the mail box is full and hangs up.

They shipped me the mini bottles nobody bid on and ended without a winning bid instead of shipping me the once I won on the auction! Try to contact them several times but they are not fixing my issue! I spent over $5650 last month or so with them and I want somebody to fix my issue please! Thanks

They had three auctions. I mailed a check right away and they deposited it. I never received the items from the first auction. The second auction I got one and the other was smashed and broken because of there poor packing. They were suppose to pack in bottle shippers and instead they just wrapped a little bubble rap on each bottle and crammed them into flat rate us postal boxes. They were suppose to ship by UPS. The third auction I won many items I wanted and it is over $1, 500. bill. I do not feel confident in paying that bill until I get the items That I paid for or refund. I am very disappointed In there service too. They would not call me back and the tracking number they gave me dose not exist. I am not getting what I paid for.

I won eight lots. I received two. My money was refunded, but I would really like my items.

I asked before bidding. Instead of giving me an answer they told me they could have a specialist, with a cost to me, evaluate the item. I shouldn't have bid as one hard plastic doll was missing a finger on each hand & another separate auction hard plastic doll had green stains with it oozing down her face. They purposely took photos that didn't show this. When I complained they were short with me & said they offered to get a specialist. I will never do business with them again. E-Bay favors the customers while Live Auctioneers does nothing to safeguard the customers. I think, if we ask a question, they should be able to answer us. If I was present at the auction I would know what to bid on & I wouldn't have bid on any of my purchases from them. They are the worst auction house I have dealt with. Mary
