I purchased a print from Emanon and the package was crushed in transit. I filed a claim immediately with pictures of the damage package and item over 2 months ago and initially I was told the claim would be resolved in 10 to 14 days. It has now been over 2 months. Not only are they not responding via email, they are avoiding my calls and their voicemail is full. They also tell me to call them at a specific time and no one picks up and you cannot leave a message. But if you call from a phone number they don't recognize, they pick up and make promises to have an answer for you soon. If your arrives damaged, you know the horrible customer service experience you might have in advance. Buyer beware and think about going elsewhere.

At the January 16 Emanon auctions I won 2 lots. While I have contacted the auction house three times and Live auctioneers once nothing has happened. there has been NO acknowledgment from he auction house. I can only conclude there must be some fraud involved or they woud have responded. If they happen to pay any attention or care about these reviews the invoice and lot numbers I have those, but based on their performance since January 16 I can only be hopeful someone will respond. This affects not only my trust and respect for Live Auctioneers but I can't imagine how the auction house can survive. Let me make clear if they send the items I won I am prepared to compliment them in my next review. If not,..... then they deserve this review.

They are a very good auction house.

Initially tried to cancel the order when I realized I accidentally bid on an unsigned print and won. I got an email back that defensively said they “don’t misrepresent anything,” which wasn’t ever an accusation. I replied to clarify that I took accountability for the mistake but wondered about a refund and if not, ok but let me know … nothing back. Sent another follow up email. Nothing. Got an email saying if I didn’t pay the extra $20 for shipping ($70 + 20 to ship for a piece of paper that I could print from my own printer is unbelievable) that it would be considered abandoned. I went ahead and paid the $20 so at least I’d get something out of this and not be out the $70 I already paid before that. It’s been weeks, nothing shipping, and the guy cannot be reached. I’ve tried emailing directly to the same person as before, tried messaging within the app, anything I could think of … nothing. I had to file a complaint with the Auction House, and I’m hopeful that I can get my money back or at least the print shipped to me after all of this mess. So disappointed in how this worked out. I hope it isn’t the common experience of others.

It has been 3 months that Emanon ¨ shipped ¨ my item... NEVER RECEIVED... i contacted them multiple times, once they said they will file a complaint with USPS, since then, NO NEWS!!! and Liveautionners also pretend to get involved, but also no news!!!! I purchased for an other auction house on the site, and everything was fine and I received everything as planned. No this is clearly Emanon! AVOID AT ALL COST

The auction was easy to navigate. Bidding process was effortless payment and shipping was made easy. Well worth the look at future auctions

there's no COA or paperwork, no signatures. just random "prints". i got scammed.

these are just cheap random prints. i could've printed myself. zero COA or paperwork of any kind. i've been scammed.

Emanon auctions lots of prints which have no signature or letter of authenticity so beware. I contacted them about having items sent to different addresses and they were totally unresponsive for long periods of time, weeks. When I finally got a response I was told that no, they wouldn't ship to multiple addresses even if I paid multiple shipping costs. Overall a pretty aggravating experience.

package arrived but upon opening it the bubble wrap was covered in wine, the bottle of wine was leaking. not happy

There was plenty of room in each box for the comics to slide and bend most of the corners, which they did. There wasn't an ounce of filler. Shipping was $36 for 2-2 1/4 # packages... from NJ to PA... I contacted cust svc concerning the high rate and I was told that's what it would cost $36. UPS Shipping is 7.63 for ea box for a total of $15.26... $21 extra tacked on.... I get the premiums, fees and taxes, but adding on to shipping?! Is this standard practice? A $10 lot ended up costing me $52, now with damaged good nonetheless.

This place is totally hit or miss. I really wish they gave better (any) descriptions and included more than 1 lousy photo. Their shipping is pretty cheap at least, but I’ve received several packages missing items or with broken glass due to poor packaging. But you basically have to assume whatever you’re bidding on is broken, damaged, or missing pieces so you won’t be disappointed when it shows up like that. I recently bought something labeled “new”, but was missing pieces once I opened it. Their (slow) response: it wasn’t advertised as having pieces. What!?! It’s new!!!! Apparently new doesn’t actually mean anything to them. I will no longer be bidding on their items any more due to their unpredictability.

Excitement items and good bargains. John is always helpful and friendly. This is the best auction site for me.
