I have purchased from this auction house in the past with no issue and was very satisfied. I purchased another print and for some reason they stuck a lot number tag with adhesive to the front of a photo print. There is now residue I can’t remove on the print.

And expensive fees for shipping (which they use the cheapest “media mail”) and handling?! For the amount i was charged, i would expect the items to be packed properly and not just thrown in a box so it could get damaged during shipping. The shipping box arrived ripped open. Items damaged because not properly packed with no wrapping or padding for protection. This is the 4th auction house i have recently encountered that doesnt package items properly and charges ridiculous shipping and handling fees.

Besides a great mix of items to bid on the prices are fair and the packaging and shipping are excellent. Always arrive in fine condition!

Photograph arrived in a folded piece of cardboard which was bent as well as the photograph resulting in a crease. Also, it is still not clear to me that this photograph is an original or a copy.

The painting was listed as a Wyland. Then in the description described in the manner of Wyland. The painting is a copy of an original I saw for sale on another auction house last year. It is painted ok, but not to Wyland standards. The canvas was not mounted on a frame which Wyland would never do. This copy includes the signature and copyright symbol. I regret winning this item and will likely burn it.

The prints I received appeared to be copied off of a digital printer. They were of poor quality and I would not purchase from this seller again. The prints are all odd sizes and appear to have been glued down to card stock then cut. Even the cuts are uneven. Ver disappointed. These were for a gift and now are basically useless.

They do in-house shipping and charge you actual shipping costs, as opposed to most online auctions that farm the shipping out to UPS stores or 3rd party shippers that totally bend you over on shipping costs. Great folks to deal with and hope to buy from them again in the future.

The worst auction company i have ever worked with. I won a photograph and they folded it to ship it

I've purchased pieces from this auction house in the past. Everything went okay when I picked up from them directly. When picking up, its never super well run or organized at all, but its what you expect I suppose from an auction house that does less curated and refined sales-auctions that seem to just be 'clearing out' deceased peoples items. This last time I purchased art and asked for a shipping quote which they would not provide-only auction house I've had trouble getting a 'ballpark shipping quote' from. Against my instinct, I chose to ship with them regardless with the explicit instruction to them to mail in a box. Reiterating to not bend, do not roll, and to pad adequately. Out of the 7 items, I originally only received 6.3 of which were damaged and unusable and could not be displayed. These items were not shipped adequately as they were shipped flat, without any padding and you could even see the art from the edges of the thin cardboard. Literally packaged art sheets between 2 pieces of cardboard with exposed edges... of course they were going to get damaged. Only after contacting them did they send the next item I was missing (with no communication). This item was rolled, and damaged as well. After several days of no communication regarding all of this from the auction house, (including from LiveAuctioneers), I had to open a CC investigation in the matter to get my money back. Emanon has now stated they filed shipping insurance request which seems dubious at best. This wasn't the fault of UPS or USPS. The packaging and shipping was terrible, the communication was terrible, and the respect given to my time, the artist, and the pieces was awful. These survived since 1960 and now 1 auction house ruined the pieces forever in the matter of days. ONLY purchase or bid from this auction house if its items that cant get destroyed in a detrimental way, and you can pick up yourself. For me, I'm bidding elsewhere.

The photo send wasn't an actual print on phoyographic paper, it was copied onto posterboard; it had an exacto blade slit 4 "long on the right side of the posterboard

The 3 art pieces were as desired, but were poorly packaged and so damaged in shipping. They charged $39 to ship. Emanon asked for photos which were provided and then zero response. I sent multiple reminders and then gave a deadlne but received no further response. Very disappointing. I will not bid on their auctions again.
