No car title, no responses after 2 years!!
I won a vehicle Oct 2020. The brother (executor) signed his name instead of brother’s name on title. Tracy (auctioneer) signed her name on title as buyer before meeting with notary. It required going to Trenton DMV to resolve. Covid hit and delayed it but still not resolved. No response to calls, texts or emails. Vehicle has been road ready for 20 months but no title! I’ve spent thousands with Emanon and have been treated this way. Some items were great and some bad, but I recommend avoiding Emanon. I’m not bidding again.

Straight to the recycling bin.
These mags were all missing pages and centerfolds. This was NOT mentioned in the listing. Possibly useful as toilet paper, nothing more. Avoid these con artists.

Seems a little odd that you would review this order now; over 3 months after you picked up the items and never said a word to us. Even after we saw you just about everyday Monday through Friday since then and never a word was spoken.

Again here you are reviewing an order that you picked up back in middle of July and today the calendar says October 4th. You have been to our location probably 50 different times since picking up this order, but never a word was said. Seems a bit out of normal don't you think.

The Absolute Worst Auction House I've Ever Dealt With. STAY FAR AWAY FROM EMANON
I had problems with multiple items, they never responded to any emails, could call them because their voice mailbox was always full "Can Not Accept Any Messages" and they never answered the phone. Requested refunds that I never got from them. I had to contact my credit card companies. When you get your items most aren't as described and your lost because Emanon IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. As a matter of fact when I contacted Live Auctioneers about my problems with Emanon, Live Auctioneers took over handling the case and after about a week or so I received a email from Live Auctioneers that said unfortunetly they haven't been able to contact EMANON either, they haven't responded to Live Auctioneers requests either. Live Auctioneers were placing a warning against Emanon. Emanon is a fly by night operation my guess is they're going to end up disappearing with many peoples money never to be found. I would strongly recommend NOT BUYING FROM EMANON AUCTIONS and ESTATE SALES.

Lied about condition
The Bose that was listed as "working" not only wasn't working, but the faceplate was broken off and it didn't even power on. Avoid these clowns, they are con artists.

absolutely abysmal service
I won a bid, arrived to pick up the item during their allotted hours and no one was there. tired calling multiple times, waited for 30ish mins.... nothing. Emailed them-no response. called again, finally got an answer. the guy who answered was a complete jerk... told me he was there the whole time... he bold face lied to me. he said I could pick up the item again anytime in the allotted hours... and recommended I text next before I come. a bout a week later I drive the hour up there, after texting and once again no response. I have emailed them, with screenshots of our exchanges and nothing. Terrible business... they took my money, yet I have not gotten my item. they should be banned from this site.

From The Best To Finessed
I've bought many lots from Emanon and generally had a pretty good experience. My most recent purchase has been an ongoing headache attempting to receive them. Every time an invoice comes in, it's paid immediately. I paid for the items and shipping several weeks ago. Emanon even created a UPS shipping label, but UPS still has not received the item. COUNTLESS messages have been sent to them and received no response. It appears that Emanon has finished their business in auctions and decided to cash out on their most recent auction. The most recent reviews are all the same. I doubt they will do more auctions now, but if they do, buyer beware!

THERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY JUST DO NOTHING LITERALLY NOTHING
A MONTH AGO I WENT THERE TO PICK UP MANY LOTS ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY COULDN'T LOCATE ALL OF THEM & I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND/CREDIT. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO AND STILL NOTHING! NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE EMAILS I SENT, DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE, NO THAT WONT WORK BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER IT AND YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE EITHER BECAUSE "THE MAILBOX IS FULL AND CAN'T ACCEPT ANYMORE MESSAGES". CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DOESN'T EXIST AT THIS PLACE. AFTER GETTING NOWHERE I DECIDED TO CONTACT LIVE AUCTIONEERS'S FOR HELP & THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND GET BACK TO ME. THEY DID GET BACK TO ME ONLY TO SAY UNFORTUNATELY THAT THEY THEMSELVES ARE UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH EMANON AS WELL COULDN'T REACH THEM BY PHONE OR EMAIL. I WAS TOLD THAT LIVE AUCTIONEERS WAS GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH EMANON AUCTIONS AND ESTATE SALES ITS MY OPINION THERE A FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY THAT'S IT, YOUR NOT GETTING IT BACK FROM THEM ANYTIME SOON OR EVER! TIMES ARE HARD ENOUGH, I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I EXPECT TO GET SOME FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I'M GIVING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM A VENDOR. I've bought many Lot's from Emanon until I had a problem Now I No Longer Buy From Them! Why you ask? Well I'll tell you it's very simple, see when we purchase an item we expect to receive what we've purchased that's the normal course of events. Now if we don't receive an item we've paid for or it's not as described we would request a credit/refund for that item or items and it would be processed, that's the normal course of action. Not with Emanon, for those of you that don't live locally to them like I do and can drive there to deal with them I truly feel for ya. You must feel lost dealing with an Auction House that just doesn't respond to any customer issues. I went to pick up a bunch of lots I won a month ago. Upon walking into the place of pickup the first thing I noticed was it's a pig sty just a total mess, how one could possibly work in that type of unorganized mess is beyond me. Back to my pick up long story short they couldn't find all my lots. Okay I said to the owner Tracy, she assured me she would investigate it and get back to me and if for any reason they couldn't find them she would issue a credit. YEAH RIGHT! One Month later she hasn't responded to multiple emails, tried calling them but they never answer the phone and the mail box is always full so it can't take any new messages "How Convenient". I had to literally get in my car and drive almost two hours out of my way to confront her about my refunds that I've never gotten. Tracy lied and said that she processed it meanwhile I don't have it. She said she would process it again later in the day when she did her credit card billings. Now why would she say that if she had already processed it? I contacted Live Auctioneers for their help with the matter they assured me that they would look into it. I got a response back from Live Auctioneer's saying that unfortunately the Auctioneer hasn't responded to them either & a claim was being filed against them & escalated. DON'T BUY FROM STAY AWAY!

Emanon has my money and my stuff and is ghosting me
Buyer beware! Emanon appears to be a criminal enterprise. I won a bunch of stuff, paid for it, showed up when he told me to pick it up, and no one was there. After more than an hour waiting, I was ultimately told that if I waited another 40 minutes he would arrive. An hour later-for a total of 2h 15min waiting-I had to leave. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact him but I have not received a single response. This guy has no business being on this platform.

Paid for item and never received it
On or about 8-12-22 I purchased a sign and paid for it including shipping on 8-14-22. It is 8-30-22 and I have heard nothing from auction house, no tracking number no nothing nor have I received the item. I called them twice yesterday and they didn’t email or call me back. As far as I am concerned they are crooks

Beware broken items during shipping
Overall I've had great experiences with this auction house. Last year I had an item that arrived broken, and they responded by filing a claim with the shipper and I was reimbursed. This year I've had 2 shipments that arrived in boxes that were quite damaged, with some of the items inside having been crushed and shattered. Again I reached out, sent pictures of the boxes, labels, and broken items inside, but have not received any response. I'll continue to bid on items, but maybe steer clear of the glass items.

I received the wrong shipment... and boy was it wrong
I won two taxidermy pieces in the auction. The box I received not only was left in the pouring rain at my front door, it contained pornographic VHS tapes. No taxidermy. My husband is now no longer speaking to me, thinking that's what I ordered. To say it was one of the worst things I could have possibly gotten in the mail is an understatement.

Great to deal with
I've been buying things from them for the last 2 months and all of their transactions run smooth. I usually go to pick up my items and they always have someone there to help you and they always get you in and out quickly. Love doing business with them and look forward to continued transactions with them.
